As of National allocation day, the offers to children resident in Kingston Borough were as follows.

Tiffin School - 20% of PAN, i.e. 30
Tiffin Girls School - 29% of PAN, i.e. 44

Information received by me only relates to Kingston borough. Some one resident in Richmond borough would need to ask that from their LA.
