Yes, in the last week before 1st March, Head or other authorised person would know, if some children is missing from the offers. But they can not disclose this information. No point in asking.

So they get a list of the schools allocated even if the child lives in a different borough to where the primary/secondary are located? I won't be asking. I'm just wondering.
