Last year OOC cut off went to 283 after WL (it was 310 on Offer Day), as per the FOI request I made to school.

At 309 OOC, your DD is very likely to get in within the first WL clearing itself, all the best.

Yes, she would quite likely get a place after WL clearance. I know many parents (including us) have released their offers in favour of independent school offers.
