 Post subject: kingston grammar school

If my DS would like to try for Kingston Grammar School for Sep 2020 entry, is the 11+ exam closed? I went to their website and it said 'Registration for 2019 is now closed' just after their statement that they have 110 places for 2020.

It's all very confusing.

Presumably registration for 2020 isn't open yet.

Assuming you mean Tiffin, registration for the 11+ opens next month.

Kingston Grammar School and Tiffin school are quite separate schools. Kingston Grammar is an Independent school and has its own admissions. See here http://www.kgs.org.uk/admissions
