Yes, just received the email. Glad that DS has made it and he is suitable to apply for the SGS. However they have said that 816 out of 1018 are deemed suitable for applying so not sure where my DS stands. Happy but there remains uncertainity....

They've passed a lot of boys. Not many less than the Wallington cut off.

It's about the same number as in previous years I think. They know that many of the 800 or so will also be qualified for Wilsons, Wallington Boys, St Olave's, Tiffin Boys and the Croydon private schools, so need to ensure they have enough qualified boys to fill their places.

Wilson’s email received too - they have passed 628 boys. DS through on both - can’t wait to tell him!

You won't be able to find anything more about your son's position until offer day. Put the schools on your CAF in your genuine order of preference then try to put it out of your mind for the next four months!

We've received the email from Sutton and DS meets the standard, but not yet heard from Wilsons

My DS met the standard for Sutton but not for Wilson. I’m a bit disappointed. He got 465 marks. He passed SGS and WCGS. Hoping he has good chances, despite the fact that SGS passed about 800 boys.
