Hello

we are around 49 on the waiting list for Graveney with a score of 246 in the Wandsworth Test. Anyone have any experience of whether we might eventually get there by August? It does seem like a long shot.

Last year the last admission in August was 247, the year before 248, before that 246, 244 in 2016 (this info is on the council website). So it looks like you are just the wrong side of borderline, but you never know. Good luck.

Hi Dinosaur - you may not be around anymore - but if you are, just wondered if your child was offered a place at Graveney in the end? And if so, how long did you have to wait? Many thanks.

From the council's webiste:
2020 Selective (Ability) Places Offered: 72
On 2 March, all those scoring standardised test core of 254 or above, and those scoring 253 living up to a
distance of 4974 metres from the school, offered a place. By 31 August, this had extended to those all those
scoring standardised test score of 246 or above and those scoring 245 living up to a distance of 3903 metres
from the school.
So Dinosaur should have been offered a place by the end of August, although it looks like it would have been quite a long wait.

Hello

Happily yes, we were offered a place just a couple of days before term started!
