If I may hazard some guesses on the spread with 8-12 children achieving the same score then:

Initial qualifying score filling 180th place: 103

103 sonnyash + MaryP10 OFFER 26/3/21
101 EVRuby - OFFER 26/3/21
101 Ham1234 ?
?Suttonmumof3 offer not accepted
99 Exploding Carrots WL-35
99 kath001 WL- 36
99 Wimbles WL-37
98 Ksrkuk WL-46
97 Shridi + M WL-60
94 D

Score
103 child 1 to 8 on WL
102 9-16
101 17-24
100 23-32
99 33-40
98 41-52
97 53-64

If @suttonmumof3 can tell us their score, it will give us a little more idea of the spread. With 6381 views on this post there should be parents with scores that could kindly contribute and help. Please note- these are guesses. Good luck everyone, hug your children and celebrate them, this practice is never wasted and they are enormously brave for sitting these exams at such a tender age.

Sure bridge, I agree.
I was thinking though that we are talking about maybe 60 of the 180 places having been rejected so far, for someone currently at (example) place 35 to have an offer now.
Maybe as you say though, it isn't really a reasonable thing to ponder on. There are many schools and many waiting lists.

sonnyash - I was using an example of place 35. We are place 31 for the table, I realise that may upset your numbers (sorry).

I agree with yout comments, the tests at this age are difficult for them and they have done very well to get this far.
Some naturally excel during tests, others less so. Both are likely equally strong in their subjects but it is difficult to find another fair way of assessing them other than tests.

Thank you for compiling and updating the list.

My ds got 99 and is 28 on the waiting list.

From what I’ve seen across the previous years, we are hoping to hear from the school in July, fingers crossed.

Best of luck to all anxious parents and extremely brave and bright boys out there. :)

Gosh, such a lot of people with the same score as us ahead of us! This is all such a post code lottery! I am presuming you must all live in Kingston BC area - we are in Merton.

I can't see how we have a hope of getting a place...

RUME if you are 28 now, I think going by an earlier post you may get an offer by May.

I think the 10km covers Merton as well, we're probably all within the Inner Priority Area.
Do you think (know?) the waiting list is based location? I just assumed it was something like marginal differences in the first and/or second test scores.

Its based on location

Waiting lists
4.1 Ranked waiting lists will be held in the order determined by the Selection Criteria (see paragraph 9)
and will automatically consist of the names of boys who did not receive a higher preference offer. If
there are several boys on the same score then they will be placed in rank order of nearest distance to
Tiffin School
, measured as described in paragraph 10.2 and 10.3.
