Left it too late?

I've only recently decided to hire a tutor to help prepare my son for entrance exams. Big mistake! It seems theres not a tutor to be found who is not already booked up. I was reasonably confident that my son would do well in the exams having been told by his primary school that he was 'doing extremely well'. They had no concerns, so I didn't! Anyway, I bought some practice papers, we tried them and now I'm worried. Having read these forums, I realise how ignorant I've been. Now, I'm looking for a tutor who will hopefully assess him. If hes not grammar school material - then so be it.

Dont give up

If you've only just tried the practice papers for the first time, things could seem a little daunting. Even if you're unable to find a tutor you should keep practising with your son. If hes a bright kid, he'll catch on. Which schools are you applying to?
