Tiffin girls waiting list

Thought I would try and start one for the girls as the boys have one!
My DD is 19th on the waiting list. Does anyone have any idea how fast/slow the girls list changes??Has anyone heard of girls turning offers down to go to independants??

No news. However (and this may have been discussed elsewhere on the forum). Why does the boys list move so fast? I have read on another thread that the Boys are down to 224. ??

I got a call from the lady at the Royal Borough of Kingston asking if we had notified our council about the admission place at Tiffin Girls. Tiffin Girls was second on our list, but DD got through her first choice as well -Kendrick. However it seems that our council had not yet contacted Kingston Borough council informing them of our choice, so the lady had called to confirm that we were no longer interested in the place at Tiffin Girls. I thought this should have been done automatically by the council, but hey, there goes one more lucky girl to Tiffins!
