Does anyone have a DD at this school or know someone who does? Would be most grateful for any information or opinions.

Cheers

Great school! I have a friend who has 2 DDs at WHS and on that basis we applied for our own DD and gained a place although in the end decided on Grammar instead due to cost and travel time.

Go to an open day; I think you'll be impressed.

I liked this school. Would have been a contender for DD1 but decided too far away. DD1 has 2 friends who go to WHS and they are happy and thriving. Interestingly, 2 girls in DD1's class transferred from WHS to LEH at the beginning of Year 5. Both settled in happily - they moved due to distance issues. Of these 2, 1 has been offered an unconditional place at LEH senior.

As already mentioned by SVE go along to the open day and see what you think.
