Did anyone get a rejection letter from NLC - if so did it say they "regret that they cannot offer your child a place for next September; however letter date this year"?

hi,
It might just be a mistake by which the letter was formatted last year but posted this year, I know of a parent who got rejection letter but not sure what the content is, If I find out will post it here.

Hi,
Thanks - but i suspect her current school reference had something to do with it.
Ask the head for a copy of the reference wrote. Head was extremly nervous and said that ALL her reports were exceptional good and the reference would only have reflexed this.
Strangely enough he said that they dont always take copies. This has set off alarm bell, because the teacher said someting that has lead us to believe that she has put something on the reference that would not be very helpful.
Would appreciated if you could get the contents of your friend letter.
