When are DD's going for their interview? We have got ours next week but DD seems quite calm about it. If anyone has any tips they would like to share we would be most grateful. Any info about format, type of q's asked etc etc.....

Best of luck to everyone :)

HBShope the interview at CLSG lasts about 20 minutes or so and is fairly relaxed. Last year my dd's were asked some very general questions about home, school and their interests generally. They were also asked to discuss a picture and a poem.

The interviewer may ask your dd how much preparation she had before the exam. The child isn't penalised if they have had a fair amount, but I imagine the school will be seeking to determine what impact it had on the marks achieved in the exams. In addition they may ask dd some mental maths questions. Don't panic! DD will be fine as she has done very well so far.

CLSG is an excellent school and my 2 dd's are very happy. They work hard as well as trying to save the world.

Good luck, my fingers are crossed.
