Is that true about Habs loveyouradvice? I thought it was v difficult to get in to. My dd didn't even get to interview at Habs last year but she comfortably got a place at St Helen's. Although she did come out of Habs exam crying - I think the Maths went a bit wrong for her.

Its what they told me - though I was surprised! Talked to Deputy head in depth on my fourth (!!) visit....

I think we need to remember that they do take a huge number of girls and although in demand do have a different catchment area to the London schools.... and get stellar results!!!

And I also think all our DC (or almost all!) are a bit erratic in how they perform - they are only 10/11 after all!!!!!

I am constantly hearing stories of how people are surprised one DC got into one school and another didnt into another..... and we shouldnt really be surprised that its not a perfect process given the numbers going through!
