Post by nlcslover »

My still pauls interview is in a couple of days and everyone that I know said it was hard. I don't know any questions that they would ask me, so I really need some help. :?

You have had interviews already, at NLCS and elsewhere. Imagine that they are going to ask the same sorts of questions and you will be fine. These interviews are not about obtaining the 'right' answer; they already know you meet the academic criteria. They are trying to find out about you and how you interact with people, how you might tackle puzzles and problems if they set any, your interests and whether or not you are aware of the world around you. They are not interested in the 'correct' answer.

So don't fret about the questions. It's all much of a muchness! Just be yourself and be honest. They will know if you are not.

Agree with kingfisher. Don't know the school and don't know you - but be yourself and be as natural as possible. If they like you - great; but if they don't like you as you are, then it isn't the school for you and you will fit in better elsewhere.

Good luck.
