FOREST BACC %

Hope everyone has got the results they were after.
My DS has got a place at both Forest and Chigwell and when comparing results I found Forest's BACC score (the percentage of pupils getting A*-C GCSE passes in maths, English, two science subjects, a language and either history or geography), relatively low at 33% compared to other Indies(high 80's or 90's %). Just wondering if there is a particular reason for this?
