Fees are the same no matter what they choose. As for Cambridge offers, 41 points isn't a massive hurdle as the average NLCS IB scores are at or above that mark every year. The other big plus is that the exams are earlier so girls end year 13 already knowing if they've achieved their offers and have their places. Makes for a more relaxing summer.
There's an old chestnut floating around about IB not being good for Medicine and engineering. Do ignore this. The school hasn't has any issue at all with girls getting places in those subjects at tippity top unis. We got a list of last year's leavers, what they chose and where they are going- they do just as well with either path. The only proviso is that mad-keen linguists may prefer the A level route as you can only do 2 languages plus English with IB.
The school is really helpful with girls who are unsure what path to follow (BTW, it's IB vs. A level AND Pre-U as most humanities are now Pre-U in the A level pathway). The careers office is happy to advise but girls can make whatever choices they want. The school will only queary in exceptional circumstances- eg a girl who is being pushed by parents towards subjects where her heart does not lie or a girl who isn't taking a subject which would put her out of contention for certain degrees. There are taster days for the girls as well as (too) many (!) meetings to help girls make their choices and explain the system to the parents. They can change their minds at almost any point if it's possible with the final timetable.

For some subjects, they advise you to take the A levels instead of IB. This is the case for Maths, if you are thinking of doing a degree in it as with the A level you can do Maths and Further Maths which in their opinion is better.

Fees are the same no matter which route you choose. The offers from Oxbridge tend to ask for 7, 7, 7 in the higher level subjects and 42+ for most subjects.

I stand reminded. Yes, that's the case for maths.
