Dress code for independent schools interviews

Post by curiousappa »

What will be the dress code for interview for girls

School uniforms / formal/ casual

Perse At Cambridge asked the DD and DS to come in casual

Any idea about NLCS, SPGS, CLSG, HABS Girls...

Perhaps Parents who had gone through last year interview can help

We always have school uniform on interview days, safe bet and you dont actually have to think about the outfit, it is decided for you. Good luck!

Agree with school uniform unless it is a Saturday. We did have a Saturday so came up with a smart casual outfit, but I seem to remember that the interview invite was clear that it shouldn't be uniform.

DD's primary school didn't have a uniform so she went to each interview last year (including NLCS and SPGS among the schools listed in OP) in smart casual. But the general rule (as others have mentioned) is school uniform. Good luck.

NLCS won't care in the least. Wear whatever helps DD put her 'game face' on.
