Yesterday's email gave us a date for Habs girls interview that is after the date range they have been quoting (19th - 27th) - have all the interview dates slipped?
I've heard that dates are allocated in some schools on alphabetical primary order - This may be true here and makes sense so girls don't tell their school friends the interview questions, but my heart is wondering whether this a good or bad sign - maybe they are pretty certain they want her, or maybe it means she is a borderline?!

My DD received a Habs email yesterday with an interview date (29th) after the range they have been quoting of 19th-27th does anyone know if the dates have slipped or if not is this a good or bad sign? I've heard that for some schools people are called back on dates based on the alphabetical order of their primaries so they don't confer with school friends. My head says plausible, my heart says perhaps it is a good sign (they know they want her) or a bad one (she is a borderline if everyone else is worse than expected). Any thoughts?

The dates have not slipped. I know a dd who had the email yesterday and has pm on Saturday 20th.

Numbers were up everywhere so it is likely to be that they are interviewing more than they anticipated they would so they need more dates.

Did they mention numbers applying or numbers being interviewed in the email? DG
