Offers were out yesterday.

We got an offer but no scholarship.

Same here! An offer, no scholarship (which is pretty much what we expected). So pleased for DD2. Waiting for an offer in writing from Colfes (HM told us at the interview that she would definitely be getting an offer). Then decision time. We will go to the offer holders open morning at BH later this month and presumably Colfes will do something similar. Well done to your DD Mintan. Are you looking elsewhere?

We are waiting for one more indie result this week but am not very hopeful on that to be honest.
Other than that it's the grammar Vs private debate for us and we keep going round in circles!
We hope to be there for the offer holders morning at Bromley High.

Good luck for your other indie offer, Mintan. I wonder how many sat BH vs offers made this year? I know they had record numbers sitting Colfes this year (400 sat the exam, whereas they usually have about 300 applying).

Wow really!!?? The HM said 400 at the interview (I think - doubting myself now). Where did you hear 600 out of interest?

Oh! With the Headmaster as well? Whether it was 400 or 600, a record number of applications either way! Shall we split it down the middle and say 500?!

Congratulations on the offers! My DD also got a Bromley High offer this week. We are also waiting to hear from Colfes tomorrow as we have narrowed the decision down to these two.

Well done to your DD saffy13 I couldn’t remember when Colfes offers were due out so thanks for confirming. Are you any closer to a decision between the two? I think I’m leaning more towards BH now.
