Re: Habs Interviews
Habs' 11+ intake is usually nearer 100. Exact number depends on how many are coming up from the prep. Usually only a few don't stay on.Daogroupie wrote:HABS has many more applicants; 600 boys applied for 60 spaces last year.

Re: Habs Interviews
I only included the spaces, not the intake, as the spaces reserved for the preps are not available to other applicants.
But I expect there will be a few more spaces come up if some of the preps go elsewhere. DG

Will there be less Habs prep school children leaving now they don't have to do the 11+?

Friends at the school tell us that approx 50 go up from the prep, leaving approx 100 spaces for outsiders.Daogroupie wrote:I only included the spaces, not the intake, as the spaces reserved for the preps are not available to other applicants.

Then another 15-20 come in at 13+.
90%+ stayed on anyway. The change isn't going to be dramatic.AML wrote:Will there be less Habs prep school children leaving now they don't have to do the 11+?
