A group interview on Zoom. Really can’t imagine how it will be carried out. Is it an efficiency play or a way to see how perfect strangers interact on Zoom?

In previous years Highgate have done small group interviews, which I think were to help the children feel more comfortable than they might in individual ones. Perhaps they are just sticking to their normal format as closely as they can.

Does anyone know if they ask the children questions about themselves in the interview or whether it's more of a group discussion/activity?

In previous years it has been a bit of both - some puzzles/problem solving, and some individual questions. Hard to tell how they will do it on Zoom, but I think they will try and make it as enjoyable as possible.

It was more of a group discussion, non-academic.
