Hampton School offer
Can we reject an offer in Hampton School after accepting it ?
Will we need to pay a term’s fees if we reject the offer after couple of months due to change in circumstance?

Re: Hampton School offer
it depends on the terms and conditions and usually when you reject it (timewise) many schools require a terms notice so if you cancel before Easter that may be OK but check the T&C (have tried the website today but they seem to have some problems with it - did you get any info when you paid the deposit?

Thank you Hermenmunster.
The terms and conditions didnt say anything about this kind of situations.

This is from an older version of the T&C - (their website is really playing up ) and are pretty standard - I would suspect that you would have to tell them by the beginning of the Easter term otherwise it would mean paying a term's fees - best to check with them as they should have made this clear when you reserved the place
The Acceptance Deposit of £1,500 is required when the firm offer of a place is accepted. The deposit is credited to the fees due at the end of a boy’s final term. All School accounts are payable by means of the School’s Direct Debit scheme. One term’s notice of intention to remove a boy from the School must be given to The Headmaster before the beginning of the term. If such notice is not given a full term’s fees will be charged.
