Word/ Numeracy games for long car journeys!

Wind in the Willows is a story that should appeal to all ages. BFG is another really great one. We find that with a long car journey we can really enter into the world of the novel. Sometimes we sit in the car when we get to our destination just to finish. It really is great to have that time to get really involved. We also start a story and do one line each adding as many wow words and adverbs as possible. Obviously no good for much younger children. DG
