I've always thought Bond were good - 10 minutes - in maths, english, vr, non vr. Just 10 minutes persuaded my dd to have a go two months before the exam.

Good luck! There is a lot of choice, on line and in shops. You'll get lots of answers.

Which area is your DC sitting the 11+ in as the test varies from region to region? You will probably get some more specific answers to your question.

DD will be sitting slough consortium and Tiffin girls....
I am actually after good work books instead of just practice papers.

This should help for Slough:

And Tiffin:

The Schofield and Sims books for Maths (starting with Level 5 and working up towards 7-8). CGP and or Bond for everything else supplemented by online mock exams in PDF.

For the second half of year 5, after you exhausted all the other material, I’d recommend Robert Lomax’s papers for Comprehension and Maths. Also, Mary Walsh’s for VR. We used these for Tiffin, Sutton Grammars and Independent schools.
