I suspect you will have to undergo an 'appeal to test' then.

Please let me know how can I appeal, is this with the external marking body?

You will have to apply to the GS who will then refuse to test - they will tell you how to appeal. Have you got evidence that your DC was working at level 5 in Year 6?

I don't have evidence for level 5 in year 6. But now DC is in Level 8 and is predicted a level 6 in English and level 7 in Maths.
Will this not be sufficient evidence or do they really need Year 6 results/levels.
Level 5 in English was missed by 1 mark, surelly they can't refuse
Is there any way I can do remark?

It's too late for a re-mark of the Year 6 paper - is it Bucks or a specific GS you are applying to?

Too late for a remark Sats were done in 2011.
Yes, it is for a Bucks GS.
For Reading a Level 5 was achieved and Writing a Level 4, hence overall a Level 4 for English.
Maths was not a problem that was a staright Level 5.

Are you applying for the Bucks LA late transfer? Just apply and they will say 'no' then you appeal; there is quite a high success rate I believe.

Yes it is for the late entry (13+) for Bucks CC, but I am not sure what grounds I will use to appeal.
Some of the Bucks GS have their own admission and testing as of Sept 2013 entry and they also require a level 5 in both English and Maths. Does that mean they will refuse too. When I spoke with them they mentioned child needs level 5 otherwise they won't be tested.
