Bond No Nonsense Maths

Bond No Nonsense Maths
Hi
Following on from my previous post about my daughters year 3 report and her lack of progress in her Maths Sats.
We have spent 10-15mins every other day or so working through Bond No Nonsense maths books. We managed to finish Maths for 6-7 years and are currently working through 7-8 years.
Progress has been slow, however her confidence has grown and we are having fun together.
Are the bond books following the curriculum as follows?
Bond 6-7 years - Year 2
Bond 7-8 years - Year 3
Bond 8-9 years - Year 4 (Will the contents of this book be taught during Yr4?)
Bond 9-10 years - Year 5
Bond 10-11 years - Year 6
Are there any other books or schemes that would be just as beneficial? My aim at the moment is for fun and to build confidence, so the approach is little and often which seems to be working.

I don't think they quite match up - DD2 did the 7-8 book at the end of year 3 and there were definitely things in it she hadn't been shown before (particularly definitions). She is in the top group of an "outstanding" school, so presumably should have covered the full curriculum at school.. (Oh, and she doesn't tend to have me on quite as much as DD1..!)
