Key Stage 1 SATS paper

MY DD just handed them to me, Mystery! She mentioned that she couldn't show me the actual questions as she'd written the answers on the question papers, but here was the reading she'd had to do! I'd better check if she'd brought them home by accident.

Only just FB. However, I teach- or attempt to teach-secondary English.

The live papers are not supposed to be released, although every teacher knows them inside out. They have been around for at least five years.

I don't know what is in the paper because I want my son to do well on his own merit. However, if I saw the paper, I would be unable not to ask him some relevant questions ... I'm a hypocrite really.

Mystery, apparently they were allowed to take them home and they get new ones every year... however I've just looked at the date on the back (yes, better later than never ) and it says 2009:D

This year's Assessment and Reporting Arrangements for KS1 2013 says that 2007 or 2009 tests can be used as part of the teacher assessment. So your school has released one of the reading booklets that many try to keep out of the public domain!
