Not necessarily. Having agreed that the school has made its general case that prejudice would arise were it to take any other pupil, the panel must then decide, having heard them, whether any individual appellant's case is sufficient to override the school's case.olisun wrote: "Having taken into account all the evidence provided, they concluded that these factors did not outweigh the case made by St Bernard’s Catholic Grammar School. And by their conclusion does it mean that they have rejected all the appeals on the same ground that the school is over stretched ?
