I have an appeal pending for a yr 8 secondary school place to be heard in Sept'. It's a Foundation school.

I have asked the school for a copy of their Net Capacity Assess't form and they have sent me a copy dated June 2008. Shouldn't they be giving me a more up to date one?

As far as I know, these assessments aren't necessarily re-done more than once every 1-2 years.

At the appeal you can ask if there are any new buildings that are not included in the assessment - and if so, do they provide additional capacity?
