Can someone remind me of the link that has the 'headteacher information' relating to 11+ administration, plus the forms they fill in.

I've ploughed through a lot of posts and can't seem to find it.

Thanks

Hi JuliaB
I had a good search and read of that info too, and I find it strange that they actually have to fill in the information requested before they sit the exam, and then have to give the same info in an appeal situation. Surely if we need assistance in an appeal, and they give it, they have to stick by what they originally put on the form, and not take into account the score they have achieved in their tests, and change any scores or predictions. I will be getting my form back from the head today, so will let you know how she has scored my son. Cross fingers she has been generous concerning our circumstances.!!Howws your appeal going. ?

Had a long (over an hour) meeting with head today. She was brilliant. Very honest that we had a very slim chance with 102 and 109 score (which I knew already) but I was cheered that she had placed him 6th in the cohort and had predicted him as a 1:2. We are going to prepare all the appeal paperwork and try to explain as best as possible the reasoning behind why he did not do what was expected on the day. Last year 3 children appealed from our school and one was successful. This year 3 families are appealing, and we have the lowest score, and possibly the least amount of extenuating circumstances. However. if our Slough test result is a fail (will know Weds or Thursday next week) I will have a last minute drive up to BCC in Aylesbury(?) next Friday to deliver all the Bucks appeal paperwork by hand. If our Slough test result is a pass I will happily shred all the appeal paperwork and therefore free up a Bucks Grammar place for another child.

Good luck!! Fight the good fight!
