How to go about remarking the 11+ tests

Hi,
My son missed out in both Berks and Slough tests with 120 and 110 respectively. At home his average test scores were in 85% and he is late august born also. I am surprised at his low score. He has always been clumsy with marking in the answer sheet. So I am wondering if the optical reader that marks his paper has not picked up his answers correctly.
Can I get his paper re-checked? If so, how do I go about it.
