What do i write-basically

Hello,
My son missed out of the dover boys grammar by 7 points he got 111 and the pass apparently is 118, I would like to appeal as think it is a brillant school as my older son did fantastically there in his gsce and is now doing his a'levels, even though he only just scrapped in and was told by his primary that if i let him sit the test he would always be at the bottom of class so not so!! It is such a good school for boys and i know my second son will bloom in confidence in all ways.
I have the appeal form but im really not sure what to write, would it be correct to mention my older son and also when the younger sat the test things where difficult with a very absent father (had not seen for 2 years) dragging us threw court for access order despite son not wanting to go, should i mention these things?
Also his primary school do not seem to have a very good grammar turn out and i feel with a bit more of a push at a grammar would benfit him greatly should i mention things like this?
Any advice on how to start middle and end would be great. Thank you in advance to all.x
