Hi

My question regarding my background information:

Would this be a valid argument/case to put forward and would it be worth including as a back up to our primary appeal?

Thanks

Dear S-A/Etienne, this link will remind you of yuckymummy's situation that she posted about in October.

Thanks, EM.

Dear yuckymummy

I do think it should be taken into account, but, generally speaking, panels will want to focus on matters exclusively to do with your child, and it's not a good idea to make too much of wider issues.

It's worth a mention, but my very strong advice is that you restrict it to 1-2 sentences, are very factual, and do not appear critical.

Hope this helps.

Hi

Thanks for the advice, it is not our primary argument which hopefully will be strong enough.

I'll start to work on that wording!
