Bucks non-qualification appeal - couple of questions

Just one more quick question if I may. We've found his year 4 CATS:
Year 4 (A) CAT scores (Oct 2008) VR 113 QA 124 NVR 126 mean 121

is it worth including these? I'm a bit concerned about the 113 for VR, but it does backup the argument re historical Maths strength and his VR progression and also shows good strong consistency for NVR.

Taken in isolation the VR may not look helpful - but I think I agree with you. There's a definite trend, and it would seem to add a lot of weight to the argument we've been discussing.
