Hi,

Please advise when appealing for Slough Grammar School do I need to get a Headteachers appeal summary sheet completed, if so where do I get this form from?

You can ask your first choice grammar school (Slough Grammar?). I don't know if you need a Headteachers appeal summary sheet for Slough though.
I had friend who appealed for Langley last year and she found the school fairly helpful. I can only assume that SG will also be happy to help.
