Fantastic thanks.

Was the HT at your appeal then, she specifically told us she could not be involved as it is totally independent?

I will speak to P HT tomorrow about the line chart as DD is level 5's on practice SATS done independently under exam conditions so this would be good on a chart as you did. I have probably left this too late now though :(

The only legal requirement is that the school being appealed for cannot overtly support a parental appeal (because there would be a conflict of interest).

Well, over and done with for the FSFG. Just returned from the appeal. The panel were lovely people, warm hearted and understanding. 2 professional ladies and a gent.

We did our v best for our DD so now wait with anticipation for result at the end of May, hopefully before end of term that is the intended target. They send out a letter but doubt I will be able to open it, I will be more nervous than this morning if that is at all possible.

Got Highworth appeal on Thursday morning but as DD wants FSFG am not overly nervous about it. Will still do v best tho.

I feel like I have had a huge weight lifted from me, I actually feel normal again 8)

Good luck rubyhettybetty for tomorrow. I went through it last year and it's horrible. Hope it goes OK for you.
