First test was 120 and second test 115.
By this, do you mean that you have sent off the appeal form? If you have sent it off without the Head's summary sheet (or without ticking the box to say that you are not including it) your form will not be processed until you have done one or the other.

What do you mean by ticking "options"? Do you mean the recommendation? Are the SATs scores her current levels or predicted levels at the end of Year 6? it was predicted levels....

If they have made no comments, the form is virtually worthless. Can you speak to the Head again, or is s/he anti-selection?

If you have good school reports, strong evidence from her school books, or mock SATs that show her working at level 5, these are all possible alternative evidence on a score of 120.
