No your appeal in the first instance is to Langley. After the 1st of March, as long as Herschel was on your CAF, and you have been refused, you have the right to appeal. I don't think Herschel will tell you that, and I imagine they will refuse you as you are having an appeal at Langley, but I think then you could take matters further.SUpple wrote: I wonder if it's still possible to appeal to Herschel after 1st March/school allocations or whether the above does count as our Herschel appeal technically?

Thanks for the advice all.
Nothing to do now but wait.....for allocations day, for appeal dates, for appeal hearings, for life to return to 'normal'!
Also, it's very eerie that the Appeals section is so quiet (now)!
