I've not looked at BB98 for some time, but if I recall correctly it said that 60 sq.m. should be the size of a standard classroom for new schools.
I would have thought that most standard classrooms are unlikely to be more than 60 sq.m. (unless the school was built recently).
Whatever the school was quoting should have been quoted accurately.
Can you reprint here what was in their written statement about the size of rooms, so that we can see exactly what they were claiming?
