Hi all, I'm new to the forum and hope I am doing things in the right way.

I have also send more info to the appealbox

My son took the Essex and Kent Test but he didn't pass the Essex Test. I am just wondering If I can appeal on the basis that:

He is hearing impaired and speech delayed and he wasn't given extra time as requested.

You can appeal for any school for which you've applied and been refused.

However, the success rate for Essex appeals is not high.

You can certainly mention that, but academic evidence and reasons for wanting a place will be the key.
