Many thanks for your reply trying to make sense of written reasons for appeal refusal. QUOTE The panel accepted that son is a bright young man well supported by primary school but reached the conclusion he may not get high level 5's even though that is what school have predicted and it would cause prejudice if son was to attend grammer and struggle BRIGHT AND STRUGGLE seem to contradict one another to me and is the panel supposed to make thier own assessment of the work submitted or am I making a mountain out of a molehill.
