Kent Appeal

I wonder if someone could answer my query. Thank you.

If I am appealing for a Kent school and am on the waiting list, and only one mark short of the cut off for the school we want.
Do I need to include academic evidence at the appeal or just concentrate on the reasons why we want that particular school? It was first on our CAF.
