Review at Bexley urgent

My sister missed the mark by 1, we want to request a review. Her head teacher in greenwich has said they will not support the review as it's a different borough.
Do you know if we can request the review with out the head teacher support
The deadline is thie Friday.

Did you ring the LA ? If not do it ASAP or best thing is to drop an e mail to the LA admissions as well.

Yes I did. I have been disputing the decision with Greenwich. I have now emailed Bexley and it seems they will accept a review from me. I have some information but not as much as I would like, but I will give it ago.

There's a difference between your school's head not supporting an appeal, and them not letting you have access to records. You should still be able to get the information which the school hold, upon request.

Yes, I have realised that now and have her report and other info that I am sending in.
