Working at levels
Hi Etienne,
When submitting my evidence for appeal, I didn't include the current 'working at SAT's levels'.
Do you think it is worth getting them now? We do have the predicted levels and the SAT's are taking place next week?
Thank you

Re: Working at levels
It rather depends whether the current 'working at' levels are going to reinforce - or improve on - anything you've already got as evidence ......
Although KS2 tests are imminent, I assume you won't have the results until after your hearing?

No.
Last time we weren't given the results until the end of term reports came out in July.
I'm sure they won't be back until late June / July, which will be too late.
Perhaps then I should ask for current levels??

You've nothing to lose?
If they don't help your case, you're not obliged to submit them .....

Hi Etienne,
BIG THANK YOU to you for your help and advice.
I didn't dare dream we could be successful twice, but ds has his place for September, finally
Thanks for all the support you've given me, not just this time , but last time too.
I honestly think, that if I had not found this forum, I would not have stood a chance.
You're an absolute star!!
Thank you.

Re: Extenuating circumstances etc.
Congratulations - it is always lovely to hear someone has good news on here
Re: Extenuating circumstances etc.
Great news, osm!
Apart from being well-prepared, you must have had a strong enough case, a reasonable panel, and a bit of luck. We just provide the icing on the cake ......
Are you contemplating a third appeal ...... ?
Many congratulations!
