can we add our questions to panel after hearing?

Hi I would like to know if we could add any questions after the hearing is completed and how?

No. Once both sides have summed up, your appeal has finished and you have walked out of the appeal room, I'm afraid that's it.

If there was a significant and material change in your, your child or the schools circumstances, you could apply to the school for admission again, and in exceptional circumstances you may be allowed a second appeal if still refused admission. Be aware though that 'significant' and 'exceptional' are high hurdles - so if, for example, the school had built a new classroom to take an extra 30 children, unplanned at the time of the original appeals, then that would be significant.
