Medway R1 form for review

Hi
I have emailed my daughters head teacher and a note to her teacher to see if they deem her work as 'exceptional' for a review or wait to appeal. She is currently on level 5s and 4a in writing.

In the meantime is there any advice on what to put on the form where it asks parents to state reasons for requesting a review of the decision?

Would the fact that her HT deems her work 'exceptional' (well, hopefully) enough to put on the form?

Thanks in advance

Not wanting to be negative here but i wouldn't say they are exceptional levels really. They are good, above average but wouldn't say exceptional. I know of quite a few kids having higher scores at the end of yr5 that didnt secure a place at grammar. I think they would look at actual levels rather than the heads interpretation of them. Good luck though, its stressful i know. :?
