We have made a mistake

what an intereresting post i too have a daughter in year 8 at a comprehensive school which is very caring, friendly, approachable, just the environment she needs and another daughter in year 7 at a top performing grammar school which is the complete opposite, doesn't seem particulaly nurturing or encouraging, but very competitive. However my daughter is thriving there and absolutely loves it. They are both very different girls. Are you sure you have given it enough time and would it be worth going to see the head of year with your concerns. What feedback did you get last year when you looked the the school. I wish you luck.
