Yes it's a tricky one, you want them to be FCO but if it all goes pear shaped your desperately hoping they haven't been .

I would rather it was based on finding new evidence but us canny DP's would most def manipulate that one.

I'm with G55 on this the reviews should be more like appeals not a paper excersize.

After all this is a fully selective county.
