ESSEX Question on appeal process...
When we originaly got our results last week we thought our son had not done well, and reading the places on the letter we thought that he had no chance on been on a reserve / wait list.
We have now found out that we had not understood the placings, and he is in fact close on the waiting list for Southend Boys.
Knowing he was this close people are advising we should look at an appeal process, as during the exam there was some disturbance with a boy sitting behind him who sadly burst out crying and had to be taken out of the exam, and also at the begining of one of the exams he was not handed a paper (this was rectified before the exam started).
Anyones advice on this would be appreciated, as we really do not know how the appeal process works.
Thanks.
