Unsuccessful appeal letter

We've received a letter and a copy of the notes made during the appeal. Nothing about the discussion thereafter. Should I have expected this?

Good of them (and very unusual) to provide a letter of explanation, but where are the contemporaneous notes?

Is the 'emotionally suited' comment relevant

I agree that 'emotional suitability' is not a criterion to be used.
